I do...Thanks for your sweet comments, ProLifemommy. I don't use recipes much, but can give an approximation. For paremesan chicken mix flour (1/2 to 1 cup depending on how many chicken breasts your cooking) with oregano (amount depends on how much you like the taste) and parmesan cheese (1/2 a cup?) and Mrs Dash (a few good shakes). I use a plastic bag to shake and coat the chicken breasts. Fry (I use olive oil) to brown both sides but don't cook through. Cut in fingers and layer in a baking dish. I usually have two layers. Cover each layer with grated cheese. My preference is Muenster or Monterey Jack but I'll use whatever I have if needed. Mix 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup white wine and pour over. Bake at 375 degrees until fully cooked -- 30 to 40 minutes. Serve over rice and noodles. This is a big family favorite and usually the request for birthday dinners.Mary Ann Kreitzerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18245237845099708478noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8731342887789984369.post-66891081772201113842022-10-28T03:52:19.296-07:002022-10-28T03:52:19.296-07:00PS; I love your tradition with your husband, prayi...PS; I love your tradition with your husband, praying each decade for one of your 5 children! I have 5 & will do the same. Perhaps someday with my husband, who, sadly, only likes praying alone— he does not pray with me. (After many years & many guilt trips, I’d finally succeeded in getting him to pray with the children in the evening, but he did not like doing it. It was hurried/stressful & obvious to the children, so, I’ve taken over praying the Rosary with them prior to dinner when time allots. Breaks my heart!)
